Eeveelutions take spotlight in PSA Collector Club Magazine's September Issue!

The official magazine for PSA have shown off a collectable series of Eeveelution covers for their September issue. There are going to be 9 issues to collect, with PSA saying that they will be distributed evenly, however there is normally a serial one.
