Cynthia's Garchomp ex Premium Collection revealed, releasing in June!

Recently announced by TPCi were two new Collection Boxes; Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex Box (read more on that here) and Cynthia's Garchomp ex Premium Collection. The latter is reminiscent of the Iono's Bellibolt ex Premium Collection releasing in April, featuring very similar contents.

The Cynthia's Garchomp ex Box includes; two foil cards of Cynthia's Gible and Gabite; a full art Cynthia's Garchomp ex promo card (in a similar style to the Iono's Bellibolt ex); six booster packs including Journey Together and Destined Rivals; an acrylic standee with double-sided backdrop; a photo sticker of Cynthia and Garchomp; and a code card.

Acrylic standees are super popular in Japan, with many popular anime characters available in a range of different poses. These acrylic standees have been increasing in popularity in the West too, with conventions importing them from Japan. This collection box will mark the second time an acrylic standee has appeared in a Western Pokemon product, and by the looks of it they'll begin to appear in a few more boxes. It seems that these standees are particularly exclusive to the Trainer Pokemon era we are currently in, so it would be interesting to see whether the likes of N's Reshiram will receive one too.
