Battle Partners revealed for Pokemon TCG in Japan!

Just revealed at Japan's Champion's League in Osaka is the next Pokemon set: Battle Partners. This set will bring us back to the era of Owner's Pokemon, with N's Reshiram, Lillie's Clefairy and Marnie's Grimmsnarl already being revealed back in August. Battle Partners will make up our "Journey Together" set that releases on March 28th.

Owner's Pokemon first debuted in 2000 with Gym Heroes (which you can find packs of on our site!) and were a hit with the TCG community, so needless to say there's a lot of excitement around the return of this card type. From the pack art, we know that the two unrevealed cards will feature Iono's Bellibolt and Hop's Zacian, the former of which has been revealed with the SAR artwork.

Alongside the standard booster boxes, there will also be a Deck Build Box and Card Binder Set released! The Deck Build Box will be akin to the English Build & Battle, with 10 packs of Battle Partners; 171 cards; 1 card storage box; and 4 card dividers. The binder set features a stunning binder of Lillie and N's Pokemon; 6 Battle Partners booster packs; 1 promo card of N's Zorua; and 1 Pokemon Coin.

There have been a handful of cards that were revealed alongside the livestream, which will be added to the gallery below. We will translate the ex and AR/SAR cards within the blog.
