Ten Pokemon ex Boxes and Special Collections have been revealed!
Ten brand new ex boxes have been revealed for the Pokemon TCG for Reshiram, Black Kyurem, Greninja and more! These are retailer exclusive, which means you'll find them in specific stores across Europe starting in August. Let's break down what was announced!

Reshiram ex Box
The Reshiram ex Box is first up with 4 booster packs, 1 oversized foil card, and 2 promo cads (one featuring Reshiram ex and one featuring Reshiram.) It looks as though you'll get 2 packs of Journey Together and 2 packs of Destined Rivals inside, but this is always subject to change. The promo cards are stamped with Stellar Crown and Journey Together respectively, as they are reprints from previous sets.

Black Kyurem ex Box
The Black Kyurem ex Box is next, and it seems to follow the same vein of the Reshiram ex Box. It includes an oversized card of Black Kyurem ex, a Surging Sparks stamped promo card of Black Kyurem, a Paradox Rift stamped promo card of Zekrom, and 4 booster packs. As mentioned before, the product image shows 2 Destined Rivals and 2 Journey Together, but these are always subject to change.

The third ex Box to be revealed features Melmetal ex, alongside many of the same items. Expect to see 4 packs (Destined Rivals & Journey Together, subject to change), 1 Stellar Crown stamped promo card featuring Melmetal ex, 1 Stellar Crown stamped promo card featuring Meltan and an oversized Melmetal ex card.

Blaziken ex Special Collection
Moving onto the Special Collections, Blaziken ex is up first! Featuring 6 booster packs (that appear to be 3 Destined Rivals and 3 Journey Together), 1 Blaziken ex promo card and 1 oversized Blaziken ex promo card.
It doesn't seem that the oversized card is following suit from the Charizard ex Special Collection, as it doesn't appear to be described as lenticular. We're hoping this changes, as this made the oversized cards quite exciting to collect! What's interesting is that out of all the boxes revealed, Blaziken ex does not have a set stamp. Perhaps this will be revealed in time.

Latias ex Special Collection
If you're a fan of Latias, then you're in luck! Latias ex is joining Blaziken ex in getting a Special Collection. Featuring a lot of the same items such as 4 booster packs and promo cards featuring Latias ex, this Special Collection is just one of the six that were revealed. The promo cards are stamped with the Surging Sparks logo.

Lugia ex Special Collection
The third Special Collection, and the final one featuring only one Pokemon, is going to represent Lugia ex. The Lugia ex reprint is stamped with the Prismatic Evolutions logo, and given that this card can go for between 70p and £5 depending on where you look and how the market fluctuates it's nice to see some cards becoming more accessible to players.

Greninja ex & Kingdra ex Special Collection
The first of our dual-Pokemon Special Collections is going to feature Greninja ex & Kingdra ex, last seen with their own boxes in the Shrouded Fable era. The packs begin to differ from previously, where there were only two sets featured. Inside this Special Collection you'll see 8 packs; Destined Rivals, Journey Together, Surging Sparks and Twilight Masquerade. The promo cards feature Kingdra ex (Shrouded Fable stamped) and Greninja ex (Stellar Crown stamped), and the oversized promo is also Greninja ex.

Our second dual-Pokemon Special Collection comes completely out of left field, featuring everyone's favourite Snorlax and Blissey. The 8 packs are the same as those in the Greninja ex & Kingdra ex box, and the promos follow suit too with Snorlax being the oversized.

Incineroar ex & Torterra ex Special Collection
The final box to be revealed unfortunately didn't come with any product imagery - so we're keeping a close eye to see what's going to be inside. Everything for this Special Collection is going to be a prediction, except for the Pokemon included. This box features two iconic starter Pokemon in their final form; Incineroar ex and Torterra ex.
We expect it to follow alongside the aforementioned Special Collections, with 8 packs being made up of Destined Rivals, Journey Together, Surging Sparks and Twilight Masquerade. If we're following along how the other boxes are constructed, we're expecting Incineroar ex to be featured on the oversized promo card. We're unsure of what stamp these promos will feature.
