A new trademark for MEGA x MEGA Parade (MEGA x MEGA パレード) has been filed by Nintendo, Creatures, and Game Freak, registered under the same Class 28 (games, toys, and playthings) categories used for past Pokemon TCG set names and products.
The name strongly suggests Japan's annual High Class Pack set, whose titles have always tied into the TCG's current card mechanics — think MEGA Dream ex, Terastal Festival ex, Shiny Treasure ex, VSTAR Universe, VMAX Climax, Shiny Star V, TAG All Stars, and GX Ultra Shiny. The word "Parade" also echoes Terastal Festival, which released two years ago.
When Could It Release?
Trademarks are typically spotted six months to a year before they go into use, so there's no telling exactly when — or if — this becomes a real set. High Class Pack sets have historically landed between November and early December, but there doesn't appear to be room this year with Aura Seeker already slated for late November.
That said, the TCG's release schedule has been upended throughout the current MEGA block: Japan has dropped subsets, English sets are smaller and release every two months, and 2026 already saw the TCG's first-ever simultaneous global release with 30th Celebration. Japan's High Class Pack timing could shift too.
