Magic the Gathering 2024 and beyond reveals!

We have been treated to epic reveals from MTGs releases in 2024 and 2025! We just can't believe our luck for all of the awesome sets that we have to look forward to! Not only do we have a great selection of Universes Beyond sets coming, we also will be treated to Remastered sets and a handful of awesome and inventive Standard sets! Check out all of the reveals down below!

Ravnica Remastered

Ravnica Remastered

January 2024

The first set to hit 2024 is yet another Remastered set! Following hot on the heels of Time Spiral and Dominaria, we are getting to revisit Ravnica! Remastered will pull cards from across Ravnica blocks, including Return to Ravnica block and Guilds of Ravnica. We can expect to see some pretty sweet retro framed cards as a nod to Ravnica's past releases, and the set is designed to create a unique draft experience, much like the remastered sets before it! This news has been incredibly well received by Magic fans, and we can't wait to see what's to come when spoiler season is upon us!

Murders at Karlov Manor

Murders at Karlov Manor

February 2024

If you love murder mystery, then listen up! Murders at Karlov Manor is arriving in 2024 and is the first Standard legal set of the year, introducing an entirely new mechanical theme! Murders at Karlov Manor will utilise the Ravnica setting and is jam packed with all of your favourite murder mystery tropes. So if you're a whodunnit fan, this is not one that you want to miss out on!

Ravnica: Clue

Ravnica: Clue Edition

February 2024

Releasing alongside Murders at Karlov Manor, this annex set promises to meld the MTG experience with the classic board game Clue (or Cluedo for everyone outside North America)! The game will meld clue gathering mechanics with classic Magic gameplay for a truly unique experience! The set also coincides with the 75th anniversary of Cluedo. This is maybe the most unusual release announced, so we can't wait to see how it turns out!

Universes Beyond: Fallout

Universes Beyond: Fallout

March 2024

The wasteland that many call home is coming to MTG! As part of the Universes Beyond releases and the first for 2024, Fallout will be arriving on the scene in March! The Commander decks for this set will take you to a post-nuclear alternative reality, with each deck representing one of the wastelands and it's many factions! The Fallout video game series is a super popular franchise and we hope that the tone and aesthetics are well translated like the Lord of the Rings and Doctor Who sets! (In case you didn't know, the Fallout games actually have an alternative version of Magic the Gathering called Tragic the Garnering)

Outlaws of Thunder Junction

Outlaws of Thunder Junction

Q2 2024

Slated for Q2 is Outlaws of Thunder Junction! It is a frontier fantasy where outlaws come to seize their futures — and make a fortune doing it! Undoubtably this Wild West set will take advantage of time-honoured tropes of the genre and capitalise on the popularity of media like Red Dead Redemption. This is definitely one set that we can't wait for!

Modern Horizons III

Modern Horizons III

Q2 2024

Modern Horizons is back, and we reckon it's going to be huge. These sets are especially exciting as they introduce all-new cards that skip standard and are Modern legal! This is a great opportunity for Commander and cEDH players also! Modern Horizons III will also feature double-faced cards, and will be featured on MTG Arena! We're exciting to see what powerful cards make their way into this set and change the way we play!

Universes Beyond: Assassin's Creed

Universes Beyond: Assassin's Creed

July 2024

Even more multiversal madness is coming with the Assassin's Creed set! A crossover with the super-popular video game series is certainly going to tick a lot of boxes for some fans! Assassin's Creed also introduces what Wizards are calling "Beyond Boosters", specifically designed to produce unique experiences that fit with their crossover material. Though we don't know what's inside these boosters, we do know that they are not draftable. They will contain both new cards and reprints.

Bloomburrow

Bloomburrow

Q3 2024

Set in the plane of Bloomburrow, this upcoming set will hit our stores in Q3 of 2024. Focused around the Dragonstorm Arc, this set is centred around anthropomorphic animals. Not a humanoid in sight! We can expect to see a ton of characters from Squirrels and Frogs to Wolves and beyond! We're sure that this will present plenty of opportunity for cute animal shenanigans!

Duskmourn: House of Horror

Duskmourn: House of Horror

Q4 2024

Releasing around the same time as Bloomburrow is a House of Horror feature called Duskmourn! This set will take you through a terrifying haunted mansion filled with horrors beyond your imagination! This set has a completely different tone than Bloomburrow, as it is inspired by 70's and 80's supernatural horrors. We're hoping to get the same thrills that the likes of "The Omen" and "The Legend of Hell House" gave us!

Innistrad Remastered

Innistrad Remastered

January 2025

Take a journey once more to the gloomy world of Innistrad with this Remastered set releasing in 2025! This set will combine cards from the Innistrad blocks, from Shadows Over Innistrad to the latest Crimson Vow! We're eager to see if we will get some pretty cool retro frames, or whether they decide to go with the more recent Double Feature frames. No release date has been revealed, but if it's anything like its predecessors we can assume a January release!

Universes Beyond: Final Fantasy

Universes Beyond: Final Fantasy

Q2 2025

Despite already having their own card game, Final Fantasy are partnering with Magic the Gathering for another Universes Beyond set! We can expect to see plenty of iconic Final Fantasy characters from across the plethora of games that make up the series. Unfortunately, this is all we know about the Final Fantasy crossover at this time, but we will update you with any reveals as soon as they're announced!
