Booster Fun Treatments
Signed Headliner Cards: 7 different signed cards, each hand-signed by the Star Trek actor who portrayed the character, with approximately 250 copies per signed card. Only found in Collector Boosters, always in English.
Stardates Cards: 30 recognizable reprints with artwork pulled from Star Trek moments — for example, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse reimagined as "Khan, Engineered Evil." Non-foil versions appear in Play and Collector Boosters; traditional foil only in Collector Boosters.
LCARS Frame Cards and LCARS Shock Lands: 29 LCARS frame cards and 10 LCARS shock lands (all 10 shock lands appear in the set). Non-foil and traditional foil in Play and Collector Boosters; surge foil only in Collector Boosters.
Classic Enterprise Cards: 24 cards with a painterly, retro poster aesthetic. Non-foil and traditional foil in Play and Collector Boosters; surge foil only in Collector Boosters.
Scene Cards: 25 borderless scene cards across four multi-card scenes, found in Play and Collector Boosters, non-foil and traditional foil. Two Scene Boxes are also available, each with 6 traditional foil new-to-Magic scene cards.
Beam Me Up Bundle Promo Cards: 8 Spacecraft promo cards depicted as ship schematics, 2 traditional foil cards per Beam Me Up Bundle.
New and Returning Mechanics
Assimilate: Gives you control of a creature or puts a creature card onto the battlefield under your control, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and making it a Borg artifact creature that loses its other creature types.
Face A Dilemma: Some cards trigger whenever a player chooses one or more modes for a spell or ability.
Federation: An ability word grouping abilities that care about the number of creature types among non-Borg creatures a player controls.
Spacecraft and Station: Returning from Edge of Eternities — each Spacecraft starts as an artifact and can gain abilities as you add charge counters with station, potentially turning it into a creature.
