If you receive your order and one or more items are incorrect, please DO NOT OPEN the item. Contact our support team at support@totalcards.net with your order number as soon as possible. Let them know the product you were expecting and the product you received, along with any pictures you can provide. Our team will investigate the issue promptly.

Following the investigation, our support team will inform you of the next steps. You may be required to return the incorrect item. We will provide you with either a tracked returns label to print out, a QR code to take to the post office, or arrange a Royal Mail collection at a convenient time for you.

Once we receive the incorrect item, we will either send out the correct replacement item or refund you if we are unable to provide the correct one.

Please note that, according to our terms and conditions, we must receive the incorrect item before we can process any replacements or refunds.

If you have received someone else's order by mistake, please contact our support team. Occasionally, errors occur and labels may be reprinted accidentally. Our team will arrange a method for you to return the incorrect item or parcel at no cost to you.
