What is a sorting fee and why do I have to pay it?

The base rate for this fee is £3, and the amount may vary depending on the quantity of bulk submitted and whether the items were pre-sorted by you before sending them to us. This fee will only be applied if you choose to reject the offer we make for your items. The reason for this is that processing your submission requires time and resources, and when an offer is declined, we need to recover the time spent on evaluating your items.

However, if you accept our offer, there will be no sorting or submission fee to pay.
