Split Orders

Sometimes we order products together without considering their different release dates (we've all done it). In these cases, we will hold the order until all products are available. If you prefer to receive products as they are released, we can split the order for you.

Please note that splitting an order may incur additional shipping fees. For UK orders, if splitting results in an order total under £20, shipping fees will apply. For international orders, shipping fees will apply to all splits.

If you would like to split an order, please contact us at support@totalcards.net with your order number and details on how you would like it to be split. Our team will inform you of any additional fees before proceeding with the split.

Combining Orders

If you have placed multiple orders and would prefer them to arrive together, we can easily combine them for you (UK only). Please note that if the combined order value is under £20, there may be an additional shipping fee if the service needs to be upgraded due to weight or size.

For international customers requesting to combine orders, there may be additional shipping fees due to weight. Our team will inform you of any extra costs once we have combined and prepared the orders for shipping.

As with split orders, the best approach is to leave a note in the order comments section and also contact our support team to ensure your request is properly communicated to the warehouse.
