I pre-ordered two FFTCG legacy collection boxes that are supposed to release today (Order #622907), I got an email on the 22nd confirming that they release today, I've received no dispatch email. Could you confirm these are actually dispatched?

Previously, I received the following response on another order. Is it the same if I order this? "With how big the Pokemon release was they stopped shipping other items until this was all shipped. I do apologise for this, We will continue to work to get this in and out to you ASAP!" By the way, it's been about 1 months,I still haven't received the product.

Where do you obtain this card? Is this card a collector pack? A promo? A booster pack?

Hi I think this product is already on sale, but it doesn't seem to be shipped yet. I sent an email and received a response saying, "With how big the Pokemon release was they stopped shipping other items until this was all shipped.
