There are some important things we need all players to be aware of in order for us to run a great tournament for you all:
Registration will close at 11.45am this is to ensure that the event starts on time, this means your ticket purchased, Pokémon ID and deck lists will have needed to be handed in by 11.45 at the latest.
Ideally, we recommend arriving at 11.15am to 11.30am especially if your deck list is not prepared so you will have time to fill this out and get it checked over by our Judge.
If you are not ready to start playing at 12pm meaning deck list submitted with time to be checked by the judge, you will be entered late and will be given a first-round loss.
Important - Rounds will be best of 3 format, 50 minute rounds, until we hit a maximum of 16 players per division above 16 players this will default to 30 minutes best of one.

Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
However, we offer a range of snacks and drinks at affordable prices on-site.
