As we come to a close on what has been another insane year, I have the greatest privilege of bringing you this season's greeting and update from Total Cards. We have endless thanks for everyone who chose Total Cards as the go to for all your Hobby & Gaming needs during 2021, your support during this difficult time has kept us in business and delivering the best service you deserve.
Throughout the year we’ve seen some crazy transformations and developments here in the business. The most noticeable is our brand new Gaming Centre in which this gaming space has transformed into a vibrant location in the heart of the North East in which players from all over the region travel to, all in the name of gaming!
We have fully stocked the venue with the very best products and offer events all day, 7 days a week, with monumental success. We love the fact we can now put names to faces and be better connected to the community we have served online over the last 5 years!
The team has done so well this past year in keeping to the ever changing guidelines and obstacles in order to keep things going. I would like to thank them again for their continued hard work and dedication to keeping this running as smoothly as they did.
Our team has grown to a total of 24, delivering the service you guys have come to love and know! We have expanded our reach with even more opportunities in the coming year for you to come and be part of this exciting business that is breaking every milestone and taking us closer to our aim of becoming the UK’s leading Hobby & Games retailer!
We’ve also established brand new lines within our portfolio of Video Gaming and Consoles, Comics, Manga, Graphic Novels, Lego, and new Funko lines not forgetting even more merchandise. This alone offers you even more ways to save money with our price match promise but also helping you earn points on more of what you love.
Despite the bumpy road of Brexit and the chaos it created for our delivery partners we have managed to keep things on track and are still doing our very best to streamline things as best we can given the very turbulent environment.
We’re doing our very best this holiday to have some time off as we’ve worked so hard this year we thought it would be the very best present we could give to all our staff to have the time off and spend it with loved ones and friends.
As we look forward to bringing you some of the most exciting news we have ever revealed, we have some very awesome projects already in the works to bring to you in 2022 and we know you're going to love them!
