Christmas Opening And Delivery Times 2021!
Merry Christmas to all! Another year has passed and the most wonderful time of year is now with us! At Christmas, our staff take a well-deserved break and we close over the holiday. We would like to this opportunity to thank all of our awesome customers for shopping at Total Cards and we hope you get nothing but the best pulls from you packs this Christmas!!
We would also like to let you all know that Untracked parcels may experience delays over the festive period, due to the large amount of strain on Royal Mail
This post will keep you all in the loop regarding our operating hours over Christmas! You'll find the dates that we'll be active down below! Please be aware that Royal Mail, DPD and all couriers will be snowed under with an absolute mountain of parcels and presents at this time of year, and we caution you to order a few days earlier than usual to get your orders when you need them!
Saturday 18th December - BUSINESS AS USUAL It's business as usual on this Saturday, our Warehouse team will be in dispatching orders and the doors of our gaming centre are open! Over the weekend, customer support and social media support will be limited.
Sunday 19th December - BUSINESS AS USUAL Our Warehouse and Gaming Centre staff will be in over the entire weekend, including the Sunday. Be aware that no orders will be sent out, but they will be packed and ready to go for Monday morning!
Monday 20th December - BUSINESS AS USUAL You still haven't finished your Christmas shopping!?!? Or are you just looking for some last minute deals from our Christmas Countdown? Orders with a 48 or 48 Tracked delivery are still a viable option at this point, but we would still recommend using 24, 24 Tracked or DPD Next Day if you want your parcel to arrive in time for Christmas.
Tuesday 21st December - BUSINESS AS USUAL If you're still shopping then we urge you not to leave it this late! We will do our absolute best to get your order to you, but we can't control our couriers!
Wednesday 22nd December - BUSINESS AS USUAL You still want to order presents for Christmas!? At this point, 24 Tracked and DPD next day are the only options if you want to get your precious presents in time!
Thursday 23rd December - BUSINESS AS USUAL This is the last day that we'll be in before Christmas (only 2 more sleeps!), so this is the absolute last chance for any late gifts or present buying frenzy. Make sure to get any orders in before 3pm, as we cannot guarantee that any order place after this time will go out. If you use DPD delivery, then these parcels should arrive with you for Christmas, but this is not guaranteed! Our support team will be available and our social media inboxes will be monitored so don't hesitate to get in touch if you need us!
Friday 24th December - Monday 3rd January - CLOSED Our team will be enjoying their Christmas break and no orders will be packed or dispatched. Our support and social media will also be unavailable during this time.
Tuesday 4th January - BUSINESS AS USUAL After a break, we will be all nice and rested, ready to smash the new year out! all support will be back to normal service and all orders will be dispatched that were received from December 24th till January 3rd.
