Flesh & Blood Armory Decks: What are they and why are they important?

Flesh & Blood have begun to introduce new decks to their product line up; Armory Decks. These decks are quintessential to help newer players get into the foundational format of Flesh & Blood, Classic Constructed, a thrilling gameplay experience that even seasoned players will be challenged by. In this format, players must select a hero and construct an 80-card deck filled with an armory of lethal weapons, game-changing equipment and signature moves that are designed to give you the edge over your opponent. But why are these pre-constructed Armory Decks important?

It's Daunting to get started
When a game has some tenure under its belt, it can be a true struggle for newer players to get involved. You first have to learn the game, then learn all the formats you'd be interested in, learn how to construct a deck, buy booster packs and how to play it...it can be nerve wracking to get started so some people just don't bother. But that's why products like Starter Decks and these Armory Decks are vital to a game's longevity, they provide an easy and cost-effective entry into any TCG - without them, your player base can become stagnant.

The Flesh & Blood Armory decks were the most requested products from stores and players, which makes their arrival extremely refreshing since they actually listened to the stores / player-base and introduced a well needed addition to the Flesh & Blood collection. Plus, these decks will contain new cards and reprinted cards which will entice both new and existing players alike.

With these Armory Decks, featuring characters such as Kayo and Boltyn, newer players will have an easier time getting started in the most popular Flesh and Blood format in the world. They're ready-to-play out the box with 60 cards plus your weapon, equipment and token cards. There are 3 Armory Decks available; Kayo (release date 3rd May 2024), Boltyn (release date 5th July 2024) and the newly revealed Azalea (release date 1st August 2024). These will focus on the different strategies, playstyles and weapons as each character has their own unique attack style. The decks will also feature foundational cards that are used in tournament winning decks of the featured hero, giving you the edge you need.

Classic Constructed is essentially the bread-and-butter of Flesh and Blood, much like Commander Format for Magic the Gathering. It's the most popular format, and dominates events at many LGS across the world. If you're interested in finally getting started in Flesh and Blood, or starting a new format for the game that took the world by storm, be sure to pre-order the Boltyn or Azalea armory decks today!
