We also have to comply with the PCI DSS - Official PCI Security Standards they are the security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

In the rare case that we have to refund your order manually through bank transfers, we would need to ask for some specific account details (Account Name, Account Number & Sort Code) and we will always delete/ destroy these details once the refund transaction is complete to give you peace of mind that your details are not floating about in the ether somewhere.
