What condition will my items be in?
Almost all of our stock is official, factory sealed and in brand new unopened condition. All our single cards are booster fresh and none of our single cards has ever been used or played with unless they have been purchased as a bulk submission from a customer and they will be fully labelled as such. Excluding basic commons, all cards are stored and shipped in a protective sleeve. All cards higher than £10 are automatically stored in a top-loader.
We take great pride in ensuring that every order arrives with you in perfect condition! We will protect these as much as we can but we cannot guarantee full pristine unless you are to pick this up. However, if your order arrives to you damaged, please take as many photos of the box your order arrived in which clearly shows the shipping label, along with photos of the damage to the item. Please do not open the damaged product as we may require it back if we are able to replace it. Furthermore, if you suspect that your order may be damaged before opening the parcel, please take a photo of it as this will provide us with valuable evidence if a claim needs to be submitted to the courier.
Our team is available to help you if your order arrives damaged, so please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can work together to resolve the situation. Please note that depending on the complexity of the claim, it may take on average up to 14 working days for the couriers/suppliers/manufacturers to investigate and finalise a decision on the matter.
We are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds/returns until we have received the couriers'/suppliers'/manufacturers' decision.
