The release date has passed and my order hasn't been dispatched

Recently, due to current delays with international shipments a lot of products are not arriving to us in time for their intended release date.

This has been affecting most releases such as

• Pokemon
• Magic the Gathering
• Yu-Gi-Oh!
• Digimon
• Weiss Schwarz
• and many other products

We always do everything in our power to get these products to us as soon as possible. Although products have not arrived on time we are doing everything we can to combat these delays. As soon as these products arrive with us, our team will be working around the clock to get your order to you as soon as possible.

All of us at the Total Cards team are fans of the very same games as you and know how frustrating it is to not have products you have purchased for release. We do apologise about this and we will be doing everything in our power to get these to you as quickly as possible.
