Tags, What do they mean

When placing an order, you may notice different tags on our products. Each tag has a specific meaning:

In Stock – The product is available and ready to ship immediately upon ordering.

​Available for Order – This item is on backorder. When you place an order, we will request stock from our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible. While we aim to fulfill backorders within a week, supplier delays may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we work hard to minimize any wait times.

Sold Out – This product is currently out of stock. We do our best to restock regularly, so if you sign up for email notifications, you'll be the first to know when it becomes available again.

Pre-Order – This item has not yet arrived. We are selling stock based on our expected allocation. If you are ordering after the estimated release date, it means we are still awaiting an updated ETA from our supplier.

Each product will display one of these tags, so you’ll always know its availability status before ordering, please also note when ordering the shipping is estimated and you are paying for the service and not the date. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help!
