My order has not arrived?

Sometimes orders don't quite make the delivery timescale as advertised, before emailing us check that your order has actually been dispatched on your account.

If the status of your order says "complete" then it's been dispatched and is with the delivery service. With most of our orders these will be tracked and you will have the ability to track them with the tracking number we have provided by email (if you cannot find this please contact us on support)

If the time stated on the delivery page has passed the expected time window for arrival, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please Note: The delivery times are an estimation for Royal Mail, sometimes we are unable to guarantee when these will be arriving with you, there are outside factors that can delay this and slow these down.
