My order arrived damaged or is lost, what can I do?

If you have any damage to your orders or this is lost,
please contact us as we will need to claim with the couriers for this, we will
try our best to keep a replacement for you but as some of the stock we sell are
vintage we only have 1 or 2 of these.

For damages if we do have a replacement we will get this back to us and then
replace this, if not we will look to refund you a percentage if you want to
keep this, if you would like to return this we will get this sorted for you and
refund this. This is after the claim has gone through

For Lost, if we do have the replacements we will send this
once the claim comes through, if not we will let you know and either refund
this or offer a replacement item.

The Host will not be able to look into claims while they are on stream but if
you contact our live stream team they can look into this as soon as possible
