What can I expect?

With the UK leaving the European Union, back in the 2020s, this has caused a lot of different things to happen for international orders.

All orders are now subject to your countries customs and import taxes. This is not something we have any say over, we remove the VAT on the products you order though, this is why the prices are so low!
