You’ve placed your order and received your shipping notification email – now comes the anxious wait for your delivery. To help ease this anxiety, we provide tracking details for specific orders so you can follow your parcel's journey. Below are the tracking options available for our delivery services:


Royal Mail Standard 48/24 Letter Service


This service is untracked. Upon shipping, you will receive a unique reference number for your letter. When used in Royal Mail’s Track and Trace service, it will typically show an update only when delivery is attempted. This service is the slowest we offer and might not provide tracking information until delivery is in progress.


Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service


For orders over £20 (UK only), we offer free Tracked 48 delivery. Although this service is slower, it provides tracking updates, making it easier to monitor your parcel. You will receive a tracking number, but it may only be generated once Royal Mail collects your order. If you receive a message with a long 21-digit number instead of a 13-digit reference, please contact our support team at support@totalcards.net, and we will ensure you receive the correct tracking number.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service


For orders between £90 and £150 (UK only), we offer free Tracked 24 service, Royal Mail’s fastest and most prioritised service. This service provides a 13-digit tracking number and updates with every scan as the parcel moves through the system. Please note, despite being the quickest service, it can still take a couple of days to reach you, depending on the Mail depots' backlog.


DPD Express Next Day Service


This is the fastest service we offer, free on orders over £150. We recommend downloading the MyDPD app to stay constantly updated on your delivery status. While DPD is generally quicker and more reliable, their services can sometimes be affected. The tracking number for DPD services is a 16-digit number.


DPD Express Weekend


This is our most flexible and expensive delivery service, including both Saturdays and Sundays. If delivery is not possible over the weekend, it will revert to the DPD Next Day service. The tracking number will be similar to the DPD Express Next Day service.


Please note that these are service types, not guaranteed delivery dates. Any dates provided are estimates.


International Deliveries


If you were expecting your order to have arrived by now and it hasn’t, please contact our support team. Tracking Royal Mail parcels once they leave the country can be challenging, and the same can apply to DPD. We can use your details to check the status of your order with the service provider. Additionally, your order may be delayed in customs awaiting duties payment. Please check with your country’s customs office to see if your order is with them.
