How can I apply for a refund?

If you are looking to refund your order our Support Team will be happy to help! All you need to do is email into support@totalcards.net and explain that you would like a refund and let them know the order number and why you would like this

Our team will get this sorted for you as soon as they can, please note that they are unable to refund an order that is already shipped and on its way to you as we will need the products back before we can offer refunds
