Can you give me a Value before sending?

We’ve had this question a lot recently, as we know some companies do provide a value before shipping. Unfortunately, with the way our submissions process works, we’re unable to give out a valuation in advance. There are several reasons for this, including the fact that card values can fluctuate and we wouldn’t want to give you a figure that may change significantly if a card turns out to be counterfeit, heavily damaged, or in poor condition.

Another point to note is that even an initial valuation can take time, particularly when dealing with large submissions or high-value cards. Our submissions team are paid for the time spent reviewing each card, so providing an estimate upfront would effectively mean charging you before we’ve even received the cards.

We hope this helps clarify why we’re unable to provide valuations before seeing your cards in person, and we appreciate your understanding with this process.
