This service is exclusively for submitting items with the intention of selling them to Total Cards, including both cards and sealed products. It is not intended for valuations of your collection. The prices offered are based on our buy-in rates, not the current market value.
By submitting this form and any singles or products to Total Cards, you confirm that all items you are submitting are genuine and do not include counterfeit products. If any counterfeit items are found, we reserve the right to terminate your submission, and the card fee will still be owed.
You acknowledge that the payment methods for confirmed bulk submissions are either cash, store credit, PayPal, or bank transfer. Store credit is typically valued at 20% higher than the cash amount, or a higher rate for Total Cards Elite customers. Bank Transfers & PayPal incur a 1% processing fee. Once your submission is processed, a member of our team will contact you with the outcome, and payments will be made within 30 days of acceptance. Providing it's within the first 30 days. After this period storage charges will apply.
If you choose not to accept the offer for your submission, a sorting fee will still be payable. Your submission, whether cards or sealed products, will not be returned or available for collection unless the full sorting fee is paid. The sorting fee varies depending on the amount of bulk submitted, with a minimum fee of £3. An estimate of this fee is provided at the bottom of the submission form for reference. If an offer is declined, the customer will be responsible for paying the collection fee to have their cards or products returned.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items submitted are packaged safely and securely for transit. Total Cards is not liable for any damages incurred during transit to us. We recommend using sturdy packaging and tracking services to ensure your items arrive in good condition.
We will take the utmost care in handling and storing your items once received. However, we will not be liable for any damages claimed after the items are handed over. Please ensure all specific damages or conditions are declared before submission. Any returned items with damage will only be covered if reported by our staff, and this will be documented accordingly. Any claims not declared at the time of submission will be void.
If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days of our initial contact informing you that your submission has been reviewed and is ready, we will proceed to Stage 2. During Stage 2 (days 30-60), additional attempts will be made to contact you. However, a 15% daily storage fee will apply from day 30 due to limited storage space, which prevents us from accepting new submissions.
If contact is made within the first 30 days to arrange collection, no additional fees will apply, even if the collection occurs after this period. If no contact is made within 60 days, we reserve the right to process your submission, and it will be deemed the property of Total Cards.
Cards and sealed products will not be returned until the sorting fee is fully paid. If payment for the sorting fee is not received within 30 days of the outcome being declined, additional storage fees will apply as outlined above.
If our offer for your submission is declined, you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning your cards or products. You must pay either the return shipping fee or arrange collection within 30 days of being notified by us. If both the full sorting fee and return fee are not paid within this period, we will not be able to release your submission, and storage costs will be applied. The items will remain with Total Cards. If after 60 days and your submission has still not been collected the submission will be deemed the property of Total Cards.
The sorting fee is an estimate and may vary depending on the total time taken to process your submission. If you accept the offer, this sorting fee will be waived, and no additional costs will be incurred when receiving your payment.
If you decide to cancel your submission during the processing stage, a calculation will be made based on the current valuation, and this will be offered to you without any obligation. However, a sorting fee will still apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control, Total Cards reserves the right to adjust timelines or amend the terms of the submission process. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and update you on any significant changes.
Total Cards reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet our submission criteria, including items that are damaged, counterfeit, or otherwise deemed unfit for resale. If such items are submitted, you will be notified, and the return of these items will be at your expense.
If you submit a partial collection or incomplete set of items, Total Cards reserves the right to process only the received items and may not provide an offer for the incomplete submission. The remaining items will not be processed until the full submission is received, and additional fees may apply for any incomplete submissions.
Total Cards reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the revised terms will apply to all submissions made after the update date. Please check these terms regularly for updates.
Total Cards will not be liable for any loss or damage to items once they have been returned to you or collected by a third party. Our liability is limited to the value of the items at the time of submission, as assessed by our team.
Customers collecting their submissions are required to check all returned items before leaving the store to ensure they are complete and in satisfactory condition. Once items have been removed from the premises, we are unable to accept any claims relating to damage or missing cards/items.

Rarity Collection 5 gives you a special variant art card in every pack, like you’ve never seen before! It’s still All-Foil, it’s still All-Amazing, but it’s also your first crack at some unique cards.

Just like the previous 4 Rarity Collections (counting Quarter Century Bonanza & Quarter Century Stampede), Rarity Collection 5 revolves around an approximately 80-card set that’s chock full of today’s hottest tournament-level cards, plus some old favorites. From Chaos Angel to Kashtira Fenrir, from Number C104: Umbral Horror Masquerade to Mementoal Tecuhtlica – Combined Creation, and many, many, more, this is the best chance you’ll have at getting today’s meta-relevant cards for your Decks.

In each 5-card pack, 4 slots pull from that main card pool, in a variety of rarities, from the normal Super, Ultra, and Secret Rares, to Starlight, Platinum Secret, and the unique “Prismatic”-style Ultimate & Collector’s Rares found only in Rarity Collection sets.

And, like Quarter Century Bonanza & Quarter Century Stampede, the 5th card in each pack comes from a different card pool than the rest of the pack. But this time, each 5th card is one of dozens of new variant art cards.

Most Rarity Collection 5 variant art cards have little catch phrases like you’d use in a messaging app, some in English, some in Japanese, plus the card arts have been adjusted with new backgrounds, highlights, added elements, and zoom-ins.
