Born frail and not expected to survive, Argus was offered as sacrifice to the Dark Gods of his tribe.
The Gods require sacrifice, not what is convenient to discard. They blessed this child and sent it to be raised by their minions soon becoming a creature beyond the stature of a human being and with an unsatiable appetite for revenge.
Soon Argus returned to his human tribe, towering over the wall defenses and at the lead of a demonic army. None would survive, the Gods wanted their true sacrifice owed to them the day he was delivered to them.
Argus to this day roams the Ethereal and Material plane collecting the Dark Gods dues, collecting True sacrifice in blood.
