Hi I think this product is already on sale, but it doesn't seem to be shipped yet. I sent an email and received a response saying, "With how big the Pokemon release was they stopped shipping other items until this was all shipped. I do apologise for this, We will continue to work to get this in and out to you ASAP!" I sent an email to find out when it would finally arrive, but I didn't get a reply. Where should I ask questions?

hi, if I purchase a Trial by Frost (Altered TCG) booster box now, when will I receive it? I live in Warsaw, Poland
