Total Cards Support is now available 7 days!

It's official! We have extended the available hours of our Support Team! We weren't content with just having the best prices and delivery options around, we also wanted to provide our 5 star customer support over the weekend!

Previously our support team was only available through Monday to Friday, which often left out our customers that work or are otherwise busy during those times. That's why our support team is now available every single day of the week. Support hours are 9 to 5, so one of our dedicated Support Team will be available to assist you during this time.

Helpdesk We have so many answered questions and articles to most of the queries we receive on a daily basis. Nothing has been left out. Helpdesk contains a ton of articles that are available to read at any time. We have over 100 Frequently Asked Questions, so if it is always worth checking there if you problem or issue occurs after 5.

Live Chat Our live chat feature allows you to contact our Support Team directly through our site. You can access it from any page in the bottom right corner. We do have some automated responses for frequently asked keywords but the option to speak to our support team is always available between 9 and 5.

Phone Support We understand that sometimes it is much easier to explain your situation over the phone rather than through an email. Our team is happy to talk to you through our dedicated support line. You can reach us on 0333 577 0094.

Emails & Tickets Our support emails will now be monitored every day between 9 and 5. Note that we work from the oldest messages first, so during busy times it may take our team longer than usual to get back to you.

Social Messages Our support team handles all of the messages that come through on our Facebook and Instagram profiles, so we will be able to help you there, between 9 and 5. Please note that we have a separate Facebook and Instagram for any Gaming Centre enquiries, which is instead monitored by our in-store staff. Other social platforms such as Twiter, YouTube and Tiktok are managed by our dedicated Social Media team who are only available to respond Monday through Friday.
