Everything You Need to Know about the New Total Cards!
Welcome to the brand new Total Cards website! We have been quietly working away the past few months to create this new experience for our customers and we are very proud of what we have achieved! Whilst some things are the same, a lot has changed! Keep reading to see what you can expect from this next step in the Total Cards journey!
Our New Look
Let's talk about the elephant in the room, shall we? One of the first things that you'll notice is that we have undergone an entire rebrand! We have an epic new logo that we really feel showcases our values! You will hopefully be seeing a lot of our new logo in the coming months! Along with the new logo, we now have some new company colours and branding style to go with it! We will be sharing more details about these changes in an upcoming post!
Social Media Changes
You will also see these changes move across into our social media accounts! All of our posts will include the new logo and brand identity as well as a renewed focus on the types of posts that you find the most interesting! Going forward, the style of our posts will now have a simple layout.
Blogs, Blogs, Blogs!
Another big change that you will notice is the changes to blogs! We now list the Author of each blog and the layout is different from the old site. The featured relevant products will always be pinned to the right-hand side of the screen for desktop, so you never have to go searching for them. We are treating blogs more and more like news articles, excited to bring you all the latest news as well as useful articles to help you get more out of your favourite hobbies!
Gotta go Fast!
We have completely overhauled the site to bring you the best possible Total Cards experience! The most important thing for us was creating a site that is easy and fast to use. One of the things we are most excited about is the super fast speed! We had received a lot of feedback about the slow speed of the old site, and although we did our best to optimise and making the old site faster, it just wasn't enough for us.
With the new site, comes a whole load of epic boons! These include our increased checkout capabilities, with faster loading than ever before! You will also notice that we have infinite load (this means that we can display all the products from a category on one page), which makes your shopping experience easier!
More ways to pay!
Customers have been leaving their feedback We have introduced even more ways to pay alongside the methods that we had on the old site, like Debit/Credit card and Klarna. New payment methods that you will find on this updated site include Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay! Our customers have been asking for new ways to pay and we have listened!
Keep your eyes peeled, as we have plans to go live with Amazon Pay, Clear Pay and more soon!
Good news for Affiliates
When we set out building the new site, we knew that we wanted to highlight our Affiliate program and all the awesome Affiliates themselves! Each Affiliate now has their very own homepage, so our customers can get to know creators that they may not have come across before! The homepages will include info on each Affiliate such as their social links, Affiliate milestones, recommended products and much more!
Guest Bloggers
Just like we want to highlight our Affiliates, we are also looking to expand our circle and introduce Guest Bloggers to the new site! We sell a lot of different games and it is impossible for us to be experts in all of them. The new site has made it possible for us to get the opinions of experts and feature guest blogs. Guest bloggers will be able to access the blog section of our site and upload their articles! We will be able to offer all kinds of incentives to get these writers on board. Make sure to keep an eye out on our socials!

Speaking of our support team, we are happy to introduce a new and improved Help Centre! Brand-new Discount Page
Finally, we have introduced a one-stop page for all of our deals and discounts! We are still super enthusiastic at offering discount codes and deals with the new site! To save our customers time, and make sure that they don't miss out, we've put all of our discount codes in the same place!

Gift Cards
A brand new product available is the epic Gift Card! We have received a ton of questions over the past few years and we are happy to say that your feedback has been heard! Gift Cards are transferable, which means you can now send a Gift Card to your TCG-mad friend or loved one!
Eco
We have always been dedicated to doing our part to help the environment and offset our carbon emissions. One of the new features that we have introduced with the move to our new site, is the total reduction of our carbon footprint on shipping. That means whenever we ship your orders we will work with trusted companies to completely offset the emissions produced by shipping your order. But that's not all, check out all of the ways that we are doing our bit for the environment on our Eco page!

Gaming Centre Changes
The new site also brings a multitude of changes to our very own Gaming Centre! In case you didn't already know, we have an awesome place to hang out and play games attached to our warehouse in the North East! If you're in the area, why not pop in and say hi!?

Our handy schedule will keep you in the loop on all of our events! We update our calendar every month, with not just our recuring weekly events, but also regional events, special pre-releases, launch events, seasonal events and much more!
