Royal Mail disruptions

Unfortunately, our Royal Mail services have experienced technical difficulties throughout the day. This is a fault being experienced by all businesses in the UK, not just us. Their site has been down all day and has only recently resumed working, albeit with intermittent service and slow load times. Because of this, we have been unable to dispatch any Royal Mail orders throughout the day. Our warehouse team is hard at work, doing their best to make sure they get as many orders out as possible, but it is likely that some orders won't get dispatched today. Our team will be working to prep all the remaining orders this evening to ensure that they get sent tomorrow. We are incredibly sorry that this has happened and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We thank all of our amazing customers for their patience and assure that your orders will be sent out as soon as humanly possible.
