Easter Opening And Delivery Times 2022!
Happy Easter to all of our customers! Over this bank holiday weekend, some of our staff take a well-deserved break but we will still be open and working through your orders. We would like to this opportunity to thank all of our awesome customers for shopping at Total Cards and we hope you get nothing but the best pulls from you packs this weekend!
This post will keep you all in the loop regarding our operating hours this Easter. You'll find the dates that we'll be active down below! Please be aware that Royal Mail, DPD and all couriers will be snowed under with an absolute mountain of parcels after the weekend, and we caution you to order a few days earlier than usual to get your orders when you need them!
Thursday 14th April - BUSINESS AS USUAL It's business as usual on Thursday, our Warehouse team will be in dispatching orders and the doors of our gaming centre are open! Over the weekend, customer support and social media support will be limited.
Friday 15th April - Monday 18th April - EASTER WEEKEND Our social and support teams will be enjoying their Easter break. Our warehouse team will still be hard at work, packing and dispatching your orders but our couriers will not be collecting any parcels until Tuesday 19th (except for one pickup by Royal Mail on Saturday 16th). Also, our gaming centre will still be open, so feel welcome to pop in and experience some awesome events!
Tuesday 19th April - BUSINESS AS USUAL After a break, we will be all nice and rested, ready to work through your messages and questions via support and social media! All support will be back to normal service and all orders will be collected that were received from April 15th till April 18th.
