Christmas Opening And Delivery Times 2023

Merry Christmas to all! Another year has passed and the most wonderful time of year is now with us! At Christmas, our staff take a well-deserved break and we close over the holiday. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our awesome customers for shopping at Total Cards and we hope you get nothing but the best pulls from you packs this Christmas!!

We would also like to let you all know that Untracked parcels may experience delays over the festive period, due to the large amount of strain on Royal Mail due to the time of year and existing delays.

This post will keep you all in the loop regarding our operating hours over Christmas! You'll find the dates that we'll be active down below! Please be aware that Royal Mail, DPD and all couriers will be snowed under with an absolute mountain of parcels and presents at this time of year, and we caution you to order a few days earlier than usual to get your orders when you need them!

Saturday 23rd December - BUSINESS AS USUAL This is the last day that we'll be in before Christmas (only 2 more sleeps!) Our support team will be available and our social media inboxes will be monitored so don't hesitate to get in touch if you need us!

Sunday 24th December - Monday 1st January - CLOSED Our team will be enjoying their Christmas break and no orders will be packed or dispatched. Our support and social media will also be unavailable during this time.

Tuesday 2nd January - BUSINESS AS USUAL After a break, we will be all nice and rested, ready to smash the new year out! All support will be back to normal service and all orders will be dispatched that were received from December 24th till January 1st.
