Pokemon 25th Anniversary set - Celebrations
With the release of Pokemon's 25th anniversary set Celebrations now with us, we thought we would give you all an insight as to what to expect from this incredible set! As you may or may not know, this set will be distributed in booster packs containing only 4 cards! However, all of these are guaranteed to be holo! From this the set has been broken up into 2 categories, we will explore these categories below and what you can expect to find in each of them:
Main Set
This is the main set from Celebrations, and we are super excited to see some nostalgic cards coming back such as Surfing and Flying Pikachu, you can check the full card list out below:
Ho-Oh
Sacred Fire
This attack does 50 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon)
Fire Blast
Discard an Energy from this Pokémon
Reshiram
Scorching Wind
This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Black Flame
If Zekrom is on your bench, this attack does 80 more damage
Kyogre
Aqua Storm
Discard the top 5 cards of your deck, and then choose 2 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. This attack does 50 damage for each Energy card you discarded in this way to each of those Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon)

Absolute Space
As long as this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, your opponent can't play any Stadium cards from their hand
Overdrive Smash
During your next turn, this Pokémno's Overdrive Smash attack does 80 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance)

This is the most hyped set from Celebrations, featuring reprints of fan favourite and highly sought after cards, including reprints of base set cards such as Charizard and Blastoise!

As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may attach 1 Water Energy card to 1 of your Water Pokémon. (This doesn't use up your 1 energy card attachment for the turn.) This power can't be used if Blastoise is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Hydro Pump
Does 40 damage plus 10 more damage for each Water Energy attached to Blastoise but not used to pay for this attack's Energy cost. Extra Water Energy after the 2nd doesn't count.
Charizard

As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may turn all Energy attached to Charizard into Fire Energy for the rest of the turn. This power can't be used if Charizard is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may take 1 Grass Energy card attached to 1 of your Pokémon and attach it to a different one. This power can't be used if Venusaur is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Dark Gyarados

Pulverize
If the Defending Pokémon already has at least 2 damage counters on it, this attack does 50 damage plus 20 more damage
Rocket's Admin.
Each player shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck. Then, each player counts his or her Prize cards left and draws up to that many cards. (You draw your cards first.) You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn.Attach Rocket's Admin. to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon Tool attached to it.
Mew ex
Versatile
Mew ex can use the attacks of all Pokémon in play as its own. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.
Power Move
Search your deck for an Energy card and attach it to Mew ex. Shuffle your deck afterward. Then, you may switch Mew ex with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
Gardevoir ex
Imprison
Once during your turn (before your attack), if Gardevoir ex is your Active Pokémon, you may put an Imprison marker on 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. Any Pokémon that has any Imprison markers on it can't use any Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies. This power can't be used if Gardevoir ex is affected by a Special Condition.
Flame Ball
You may move a Fire Energy card attached to Gardevoir ex to 1 of your Benched Pokémon.
Umbreon
Dark Ray
Once during your turn, when you put Umbreon Star from your hand onto your Bench, you may choose 1 card from your opponent's hand without looking and discard it.
Feint Attack
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokémon. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on that Pokémon.

Does 30 damage to 1 of your Pokémon, and don't apply Weakness and Resistance to this damage.
Garchomp Champion Lv. X
Healing Breath
Once during your turn (before your attack), when you put Garchomp Champion Lv. X from your hand onto your Active Garchomp Champion, you may remove all damage counters from each of your Pokémon SP.
Dragon Rush
Discard 2 Energy attached to Garchomp Champion. This attack does 80 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. Garchomp Champion can't use Dragon Rush during your next turn.
