Warfare and battles are an integral part of the Star Wars universe, the conflict between light and dark is the driving force of the saga! Star Wars: Legion takes this conflict and condenses it in a fun and immersive miniature wargame. Take control of armies as they fight for the fate of the entire galaxy! Will it fall into the hands of the corrupt Empire, or will the Rebellion win out and rescue it from the darkness. Star Wars: Legion puts you in charge of iconic troops such as imperial stormtroopers or rebel troopers. The game also gives you the chance to guide legendary heroes such as Luke Skywalker or awe-inspiring villains like Darth Vader!
The Core Set of Star Wars: Legion allows for an easy and accessible first step into the game. The set includes everything needed to get started and includes 2 armies so you can play with a friend. The core set contains the following:
- An exclusive Luke Skywalker miniature
- An exclusive Darth Vader miniature
- Two squads of Rebel Troopers (each with seven unique miniatures). Five are armed with A-280 blaster rifles, while two heavy weapons specialists carry a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon and an MPL-57 modified to fire ion torpedoes.
- One exclusive version of the AT-RT miniature )with three options for customization: a rotary blaster, a laser cannon, or a flamethrower.
- Two squads of Stormtroopers (each with seven unique miniatures). Five are armed with their trademark E-11 blaster rifles, while two heavy weapons specialists carry a DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle or an HH-12 rocket launcher.
- Two 74-Z Speeder Bike miniatures. The squad leader miniature (pivoting in his seat to fire behind him with his blaster pistol) is found exclusively in the Core Set.
Star Wars: Legion has expansions galore and more of these exciting new sets are due for release soon. Padme Amidala, Cad Bane and more are available for pre-order. These expansions enhance your experience beyond the base game as they add new units, characters and vehicles to the excitement. A great addition to the game is the upcoming Vital Assets Battlefield Expansion. This expansion contains 16 unpainted, finely sculpted battlefield objective miniatures, including two hostages, six bombs, six crates, and two repulsor pallets that can replace your objective tokens or enhance your battlefield. These miniatures are joined by new battle, hostage, and supply cards that add even more variety to your battles!
