Sunday saw us hold one of our Pokémon TCG League Regionals and it was an incredible day!
Thank you to everybody who came!
We had 5 rounds of gruelling battles followed by a Top 4 top cut! Palkia and Giratina decks were a huge presence at the event with 5 of the top 8 decks featuring one or the other!
After five rounds we had our standing which saw Rick Cherry, Ben Ahmadi, Stuart Collishaw and Guy Warne head into the final showdowns!
The first round of Top cut saw Guy (Fusion Mew) vs Ben (Palkia/Kyurem) with Ben coming out on top!
And Stuart (Palkia/Kyurem) vs Rick (Lost Box) seeing rick come out the victor in that game!
The final with Ben (Palkia/Kyurem) vs Rick (Lost Box) was full of twists and turns! Path to the Peak was a massive influence for Rick in hampering Ben in both games as Ben could not manage to find his outs and Rick managed a 2-0 victory taking the win!
Well done Rick on your well deserved victory and enjoy your prizes! He managed to get his hands on the exclusive Champions Playmat along with a huge amount of prize packs!
